I’m a San Francisco‑based Yin and Vinyasa teacher (RYT‑200) who believes that slowing down is a radical act of self‑care. My classes center nervous‑system health, breath‑led movement, and inclusive, body‑positive space. Expect fewer shapes, longer holds, and an activation of the rest and restorative mode of your nervous system.
